What 1/6 co-ownership includes

A 1/6 equity interest in a single-asset LLC (six co-owners), ~60 usage days a year via the Galenne app. Monthly contribution covers dockage, management, maintenance, cleaning, insurance, reserve fund and admin — everything but fuel. Excludes Florida sales tax. Financing available.

Whole boat vs a 1/6 share

A new Axopar 37 retails for roughly $420,000–$500,000, plus tens of thousands a year to run — for a boat used a fraction of the time. A Galenne 1/6 share is $69,950: about one-sixth of the capital, all running costs split six ways and fully managed.

The marina & area

Home marina

Grove Isle Marina, Coconut Grove, Miami

Grove Isle Marina is a private, gated marina on its own island setting beside Coconut Grove, one of Miami's most charming and historic waterfront neighbourhoods. Sheltered and surrounded by greenery, it is calm, exclusive and minutes from the Grove's restaurants, parks and marina district — a quiet, members-club atmosphere rather than a busy public ramp. From Grove Isle you have direct, protected access to Biscayne Bay, with an easy cruise to the Key Biscayne sandbar, Cape Florida, Stiltsville and Dinner Key. The sheltered basin makes for calm, scenic days close to home, while the open bay and Atlantic stay within reach for longer outings. It is ideal for co-owners who live in or near Coconut Grove, Coral Gables or Brickell and want a quiet, premium home base. Common questions

How many owners are there per boat?

Four. Each owner holds a 1/4 (25%) share through a dedicated LLC.

What does it cost?

A one-time 1/4 share plus a predictable monthly contribution that covers dockage, management, maintenance, insurance and administration.

Can I sell my share later?

Yes. You can resell your share anytime through our resale marketplace.

Do I need to operate the boat myself?

You can after a sea trial, or choose a licensed captain. Safety comes first.

How much can I use the boat, and how do I book it?

Your 1/4 share comes with a generous allocation of usage days per year, scheduled fairly with peak-season rotation so everyone gets prime dates. You book through our app in real time — even same-day if the boat is free — and you can also waitlist or swap dates with other owners.
