Two companies, on purpose: the one that runs your LLC is not the one that bills the boat's maintenance.
Galenne, a brand of Fractional Boats Inc., finds your co-owners, forms the LLC that holds the boat's title and runs its admin: bookkeeping, taxes, compliance and insurance. We also run the app where you book days and settle payments.
TheBoatingZone, a Miami yacht management company, runs the boat and the owner program day to day: maintenance, cleaning, dock logistics and captains on demand.
Visit TheBoatingZone ↗Fifth-generation boater with a background in venture capital and tech. I built Galenne to bring real, professionally-managed boat ownership to Miami — simple and transparent — and I guide every owner personally, from the boats to the numbers.
Real ownership. Professionally managed. Fully transparent.
